    My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: ca

    How does ttd offset sdi? What happens to mmi date if im replacing the panel?

    You normally cannot receive both workers' compensation benefits and state DI benefits.

    Your MMI date is your MMI date, unless it is later revised.

    Revised? So itís up to new qme? So the new qme decides if he wants to leave mmi date as is or change it?

    I will have to choose wisely.
