My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Georgia
If the family tenant who is to be evicted is not an owner, then the family member who owns the property can treat the family member to be evicted in the same manner as any other tenant. One wrinkle that may arise is if more than one family member owns the rental property, and one owner doesn't want to evict; but if all owners concur, then (broadly speaking, with no facts shared in the original post) it's a standard eviction.
