Ok flyingron, appreciate that. I was just trying to convey my present sense impression. Wasn't trying to direct it at anybody actually. Thanks for your contributions here, much appreciated.
Thanks jk. I had a prostate biopsy a few months ago and do use pads or tissues on occasion. Really aggravating this A.G.E. syndrome. Fortunately, the biopsy was negative, but other issues such as bladder issues still arise once in a while. In hindsight, it sure seems I was reckless ... I should have just gone back to my car ... Thanks again.
CDW, just wanted to express my thanks for your responses and, from your profile, I am guessing you know what you're talking about. I do have one remaining concern, and that is that the bouncer took a photo of my driver's license. Isn't there some concern in law enforcement of the possibility of witnesses, or other persons using knowledge of a person in a situation like this for blackmail purposes? I have no knowledge of the bouncer's character or why he insisted/demanded my ID. I could have and should have refused until the officer arrived to see if he wanted it. Now this bouncer, who probably has never had any background checks, unlike those in law enforcement, has knowledge of this incident and my association with it. Is this something that should concern me enough to do something like get an attorney? Or call the police? I would trust a person connected to government to handle that information properly, but a bouncer? I have no idea as to his moral compass, background, etc. Have you ever heard of a bouncer taking a photo of an ID? Any thoughts on that? At any rate, it's amazing how life can throw you a curve ball sometimes. I had none of these concerns a week ago.![]()
