    The bar can throw you out for just about any reason they can conceive other than the few that are protected (race, etc...).

    If the bouncer didn't call the cops on you on the spot, it's unlikely he or the management will pursue this further UNLESS you return to the place you've been told to stay away from. Yes, it is within their rights to ban you for nearly any reason.

    Furhter, once you're told to leave or not return, your crime ceases to be come subjective as to what you are doing, it's called criminal trespass and you can go to jail for it.
