Default Employee's Breach of Employment Contract

I am a employer and I had a contract with one of my managers for one year with a base salary and montly bonus. The Employee decided to leave after 6 months, which they have 6 months left. Also they signed a non-compete clause and they are going down on the same block to work for the same kind of business. Now I am located in PA and was wondering is there anything I can do about this.

If they have violated the noncompete contract, and it is legally enforceable, you can seek to enforce it.
