Default Caught Shoplifting as Part of a Group, Falsely Claimed to be a Minor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: MA

So i got caught sh*pl*fting at T*rget and it was A LOT of stuff because multiple people were doing it and I知 the only one who got brought into the back room. the total was over $500 and the police were called. I知 not the age of 17 or under but the thing is... I told them I was and they believed it. They have my real name, address, SSN phone number and my mom came in. So, basically i just want to know if the police will come knocking on my door anytime soon or should i just expect the civil demand the police officer only escorted me out and told me not to come back. i知 not sure what this means... also what will happen when/if he finds out i知 actually not a minor. Btw this was in the state of M*ss*chusetts. I know shoplifting is bad, i値l never do it again. please spare me from these comments. I just want to know if i知 going to be arrested/taken to court. i will pay the civil demand!

Chances are if the police weren't involved at the time, they aren't going to be, but anything is possible up to a year.

You can discuss with your parents whether to pay the civil demand or not.

    In the interim:

    1. STOP STEALING
    2. Keep out of that store for any reason.
    3. STOP STEALING
    4. If the police come, decline to speak to them until you and your parents have a lawyer.
    5. STOP STEALING

In any future posts, please make a better effort to use proper capitalization and punctuation. Doing so will make it easier for others to read and understand what you write.

We have no conceivable way of predicting this.

Seriously? You're an adult, and you don't understand what "don't come back here means"? Really? It means don't go there again.

Again, no way to predict this.
