Post How are Congressional Document Record Log Numbers Assigned

My question involves court procedures for the state of: Iowa

Are some books that are published assigned CDRL (congressional document record log) numbers?

A quick Google Search of both CDRL and congressional document record log comes up with nothing. With the later you get a few million hits for "Congressional Record" which is the official daily record of the debates and proceedings of the U.S. Congress.

I googled the following: "cdrl 'congressional document record log.'" It gave me zero results.

I searched for "CDRL" at acronymfinder.com, and found six possibilities, none of which are "congressional document record log."

With that being said, you might want to clarify what you're talking about.
