Do you already live seperate and apart from your parents, relying on NO support from either of them?

Are you already managing your own financial affairs?

Can you present to the court a history of exemplary behavior and mature conduct?

If you have answered "no" to any of these questions, your odds of having a court grant your petition for emancipation are nil.

If you have the money to contact an atty, go ahead. However, as you are NOT managing your own financial affairs (and, according to your original post, don't have a job) he or she will probably tell you the same thing.

What is W.O.O.Ds and why were you there for 7 months?

WOODS Like a Correctional Facility/School I lived there for like 7 to 8 months because my Mom didn`t want me living with her or athour people. I don`t have any bad Criminal Record. And even if i did WOODS Woud have wiped my slate clean.

Your chances of getting emancipated are about as good as your spelling - which is to say, not good at all. But if you're determined to waste money on an attorney to tell you the same thing, feel free.

The correctional school would not 'wipe the slate clean' for purposes of emancipation. There is a huge difference in having a clean criminal record for employment purposes and having a clean record when presenting a case to the judge for emancipation.

Trust me...the fact that you have spent 7-8 months in a correctional facility would be of HUGE import to the judge...and not in any way that would be beneficial to your plight.
