Default Can an Expunged Juvenile Charge Still Be Seen by the Military

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kentucky.

Can the military see an expunged juvenile criminal record?

Quite certainly. Expunction and sealing means nothing to the military. What do you mean by "juvenile charge?" Were you probated or convicted (i..e., found guilty) and went through the YO process? If so, you better disclose it and see what happens. What was the charge? If you weren't probated, then you were essentially arrested/charged without being found guilty of anything, and that should have no impact on your enlistment.
