Default Who Gets a Minor's Death Benefits if She Moves Out of Her Surviving Parent's Home

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: GA
My daughter receives SS death benefits from her deceased father. She is 17 and is 10 weeks pregnant. She moved out and lives with her boyfriend's parents. I let her move because she threatened to keep the baby from me if I didn't. Do I give her the money now? How does that work?

    Default Re: Ss Death Benefits

Give her the money. She's going to need it (and it's rightfully hers). Unless she is still attending high school, it's going to stop when she turns 18 anyhow (or gets married).
