Default Hand-Written Addendum At Bottom of Original Deed, in New Jersey

can i sign a handwritten addendum at the bottom of my deed to sign over a title on my house and just have it notorized? Is this a legal transfer of ownership? Is this like a quitclaim deed? or do I have to have something else to transfer ownership? from new jersey

It is not advisable to do things like this, as you can cloud the title. Get a proper deed drafted by a lawyer or real estate professional.
