    Default Federal Felony in Ohio

I had a charge of misuse of electronic device in Ohio. I'm wondering if there is a time limit as to how long i have to wait to apply for a pardon. By looking at some of the other postings, it's a difficult process. I only have one conviction and I'm having trouble finding meaningful employment.

Official instructions on applying for a federal pardon are here. A waiting period of five years after completion of sentence is required before you would be eligible for a federal pardon. Unfortunately, federal pardons are rarely granted.
