Just the back injury. I brought it up because the denial says did not have medical to support there is an injury to lumbar spine. Than it gives that labor code as reasons to deny.

    Iím just as confused

Do you have any evidence that the injury happened at work? Was the first "ouch" moment at work?

Yes, there were witnesses, went to ER, then follow up treatment with a doctor from workers comp network. Injury was reported same day.
The worker comp doctor provide treatment if he felt it wasnít work related? IC sent accepted claim letter then a denial after termination.

That by far was the best post you have made.

What, if anything, did the denial letter say was the reason for the denial?

    Why were you terminated?

And ues the doctor is going to treat you if you are in their office?

sorry if anyone reading it gets a headache afterwards.

I keep getting boot out so Iím having to rewrite it several times:

The termination was for misconduct. So basically when u are released for light duty, thereís a termination letter for misconduct from months ago.

Iím looking into this as well but the more I look, it gets more complicated.

    Why don't you do this.

Go to your favorite word processing software. Write up an explanation of what happened which includes a timeline and gives answers to the questions that have been asked here.

After that is complete, THEN log on and cut and paste your explanation.

If you are being stuck with any medical bills and/or you are not at or close to 100% medically you need to find a work comp lawyer.

Was the misconduct the act that got you hurt?

I donít have a computer. Only using my phone...

Warning.....you might get a headache after reading this

Im sure that it began with my manager. Itís just a bad feeling when you put your trust into a company that you thought of as a second family.

My appeal is moving along well. I probably shouldnít have dig into it. The crazy thing is that Most of the people involve is no longer working there either.

If thereís any positives. I have learned that I do have some rights from this forum.

I'm done with this thread. There is know way you went from where you were a couple of hours ago to "My appeal is moving along well".

You are either trolling or something else.

And now that I have looked at your post history I shouldn't have bothered in the first place.

Sorry if my writing is hard to understand. The reason I ask was because Iím just shock that an employer or Ic can write whatever they want to deny. I was hoping to gain some knowledge and hopefully someone reading can also learn. And if thereís anything I can still do to to help my claim. I canít predict the future so I just want to make sure Iím being treated fairly.

I donít see why anyone would want to troll and waste peoples time. I know that sometimes word can be taken out of context.

    Sorry for the confusion
