    If your wages are subject to a collective bargaining agreement, the state of Texas will not accept a wage claim.

    and also they will generally allow for time for the employer to fix the issue....honestly 5 days isn't going to get it done if there truly is a large issue. Computer systems screw up as do people. OP needs to give them a little time to fix prior to threatening to sue.... it is possible that the first "wrong" paycheck hasn't even been cut yet.
