Can I hold her liable for all rent, reasonable cleaning fees, etc. up to that point, which is what we agreed to?
You're entitled to the rent from the date she left (or from the end of a paid rent period) to the date your new tenant starts paying rent provided you have made reasonable efforts to re-rent. You'll need a good reason why a month and a half will have elapsed. To the rent you may add cleaning fees that you incurred to clean her room in preparation for a new tenant.
