    Question Deferred Adjudication For MIC

I recently got and MIC back in Oct. of 06 I got a lawyer and was able to get it deferred. The problem is my probation for that is not up until July of 07 and a few days ago I got a speeding ticket i was wondering what effect this would have on my deferred judification whether it whiped that out and i had to pay the ticket on my MIC. If anyone has any information on that it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Speeding tickets in most states are civil infractions, and aren't likely to affect the outcome of a criinal case. You should consider talking to your lawyer so you can understand the laws of your state, and in particular how they relate to the terms of your probation.
