    Question Commencing Divorce Proceedings

My question involves a marriage in the state of: New Mexico, got 2 kids (boy: 5 years)(girl: 2 years) and been separately-legal to my ex-wife for a year already and gets me chill whenever I saw her with another man that she's going to remarry. What keeps on my ease mood is when every time I saw my kids around, and by that before I'll proceed for a divorce, What are the pre-divorce necessity needed for the process? Do I have the assurance for the support and safeties of my kids?

Your poorly written post makes it difficult to figure out what you are asking.

The New Mexico Courts website has guides to divorce that will explain the process:

Is that what you wanted to know?
