Avoiding Defamation in a Review

My question involves defamation in the state of: Tn, while was in rehab I had a neuropsychologist evaluation done and the guy gets the diagnosis wrong and has a horrible attitude during the interview phase of my neuropsychological evaluation. at a prior place I went back in 2012 they ruled out a diagnosis and he fails to even catch my ADHD. if I review him on a website, how would I block him from claiming defamation?assuming he would have to prove what I said was verifiably wrong?

You can't. Nothing can. He can "claim" what he wants to claim. He can sue you if he believes you defamed him. Truth is a defense to a defamation lawsuit but it doesn't prevent the lawsuit and you get to spend a ton of money on hiring a lawyer and going to trial or filing bankruptcy and screwing up your life for years to come.

It's not that simple. Google defamation and study up.
