On H1-B But With No Pay

Hi,
i came to US on H1-B and its almost 2 months now and my employeer is not able to place me and i m not even getting any pay. Now the question is can i transfer my H1 to some other comapny without pay stubs?
can my employer cancel my H1? if yes whats the duration i can stay here in US or in how my time i have to search a job?

As per the contract between me and my employer i m on bench but i won't get any bench salary and have no idea what they are showing.

I have no Idea but i have to check with them, so does it mean if they will document then can i transfer my H1. Moreover if i go to them they might cancel my visa, just a guess...

Right. If they will document that you have been on the bench, you can use that documentation to effect a transfer. Then, if you are so inclined, you can seek to recover the wages they are legally required to pay you while you are on the bench.
