Default Business Bank Account Issues Due To Prior Negative Balance

I am needing a way to cash my mowing business customer checks that are made out to myself or my business.

I have a problem getting a bank account because I have an outstanding issue where I had a business acct but I had the account overdrawn and then closed. I don't have the money to pay the bank to get it current and they just slammed me with around a thousand dollars worth of charges in a small amount of time. I don't think I'll be able to pay them back for some time.

Will a credit union allow me to have an account or is there anything I can do to get a new business or personal account? I tried and commerce closed my acct after a week or so. Thx

    Pay your bills.

If you think they are too much, ask the bank to negotiate.

You will be blacklisted till then.
