    Exclamation Misrepresenting Child's Last Name

My Ex-wife and her new husband have secretly convinced my daughter that she should take her new step-father's last name. This of course is illegal. She even got some ink pens for Easter with this new name on them. Though her mother has her registered in school under my name, she is being called by, and is listed in the school newsletters as the other name. What are my legal options, in South Carolina?

    Thanks

Default Re: Misrepresenting Child's Last Name

Go back to the court which issued the custody order and ask the court to order her not to change the child's name, even informally.
