Default Speeding over 100 MPH, VC 22348(B) Charge

Hello everyone Iím Very Nervous & Scared On 11/19/2017 I Got Pulled Over For Doing 101 On A 55 Zone. He Got Me For Infraction & Said My License Can Get Taken Away For 30 Days. I Know This Ainít No Misdamenor Or Felony. I Just Did A 60 Day Extenstion Because I Was Involved In A Accident & The Guy Took Off So I Got Stuck Paying My Car. Should I Plead Guilty & Take The Hit Or Plead Not Guilty

That's about $900 and 2 points on your license so your insurance company will go to town on you. A consult with a traffic attorney local to the court might not be a bad idea, see what if anything they might be able to do for you.

How did the officer measure your speed? Radar, LIDAR? Was it CHP?

22348(b) vc is a 2 point infraction, and at the judges discretion, he/she can suspend your license for 30 days. Last time is saw one in court the fine with all the fees was around $1k. I dont recall that guys driving history.

So, like free9man asked, how was your speed measured? Radar? Lidar? Pace? Visual Estimation? If you want some assistance, you have to provide something other than you were driving over 100, you got a ticket, and you are nervous...

PS. For goodness sake don't capitalize every word. It's very childish.

Yep, the bail schedule puts the fine and surcharges at $900. You can ask for a payment plan.
