Default FYI on a Hard Case Win

My ex beat INS in all its attempts to deport him in the year of 1998-1999.
He had many criminal felon charges on his history.
If you want the information for his case send me a pm. It could help you in your difficult case.

This is your ex- who was deported? Who re-entered illegally? Who is now in prison? Who will probably be deported again the minute he is discharged from prison?

If you have any suggestions, why not just share them here?

It is a totally seperate case. This last time he got deported was his own fault and was a no win situation. So he re-entered illegally. Now he is paying the price.
The first time he was incarcerated and won his case was a different court case and years before the last 2 times that really sealed his fate.
I should be specific...he had one felony and 3 or 4 misdemeaners at that time before he was deported.
Anywho I am just trying to offer help to those who have changed and are living thier lives like they should. There are loop holes in immigration laws. Not many though. Using a case that is similar and won will be to someones advantage. Hopefully that person is NOT like my ex and self sabatoges.
Guess I believe people can change still. At least I am not tainted or am I just dumb?
