Default Can a Background Check Uncover Terminations

Ill have to read the baclground check cheat again, but if I have the choose to not mention my prior job that I got fired from, will it be uncovered? In my past, Ive mentioned it, but I think my best choice would be to not have to deal with it and just to I wasnt working at the time,,,but not if it can be uncovered or the background cheat requires IT. Id have to read the wording of the report, but ill bet its worded to include alllll jobs

We can't give you a hard and fast answer to what WILL happen, not having a working crystal ball. But it is by no means impossible that it will show up.

Additionally, as I believe I told you in your previous post, there are many more ways than background checks for an employer to find out about your previous employment. I've had information about employees, or had former employers have information about me, turn up, when I/they wasn't/weren't looking for it, in ways you would never guess. I've had employees who worked for me previously apply for jobs at my new employer. I've had people say, oh, I know someone who works/worked there - he/she/they use to work for me. I had a former employee show up as a recruiter. My former employer turned out to be a vendor for my new employer. And so on.
