There are many out there - some good & some bad. 3) Since you have been sued, if they get a judgment against you, they can seize non-exempt assets, seize bank accts., possibly garnish wages . . . . 4) What your friend told you is not necessarily true. There are banks/institutions out there that will loan you money particularly after you have completed the program & pay your current loan off though you may have to pay a high interest rate.
