Default Wrongly Prosecuted Based Upon False Allegations by a City Department

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Florida The City lied on an affidavit having me arrested on a Felony Warrant Vengeful Vendetta Malicious reasons because I was wrongfully terminated with 7 years of previous employment the other question I need to submit because the City VIOLATED Multiple Discrimination & Harassment Laws, 14th Amendment, Defamed, Slandered me publicly & disrupted my earnings. I can't get a job because when they publicly posted all ]WWW.Searches of my name shows I'm a Criminal. The City LIED & in my interrogation the Detectives found out & admitted on VIDEO that the affidavit & evidence shows the City lied. Detectives upon finding this out should not have sent me to jail, (legally at most cited me & sent me on my way) States & PD's Lawyers negligence made me go to 9 different court dates. Where even the Judge herself said I should not have been charged in the first place let alone gone to more then 2 court dates Both = Malicious Prosecution?? I was drug out in handcuffs in front of neighbors & not given food, water, or my medicine for 30 hours. In the affidavit City also accused me of stealing over $6k from the safe which I did not do that either. Please help

You are going to need to go to a lawyer to have your situation analyzed for a possible cause of action.

You have not provided any of the factual context we would need to even begin to suggest whether or not you have a valid cause of action. You instead provide conclusions, which may or may not be justified based upon the facts.

I agree with Mr. Knowitall, you need to see a lawyer to go over everything. I will tell you that even if the detectives thought you ought to be released after they questioned you, they could not simply let you go when you had been arrested on a warrant. They'd need to see the warrant dropped first.
