Why have you refused to provide the walk time from the entrance to your duty station?
Is the location of where you manually clocked in available? If so, where is/are it/they compared to the entrance port and also to where your duty station is.

What you need to do is stay with your scenario, not prove anything or explain anything to us so we can make decisions here. Don't go into elaborate or complicated explanations of seconds from worksite, etc. Let the employer do that one if they want to. Don't bother to admit or justify in your presentation that you were only 60 or 120 seconds late. Don't say something like I'd even have accepted a tardy. Don't try to defend yourself by saying you'd so many times stayed overtime at the end of the day. Just go with what you've got going here, I think it's about the best light you can put on it. Doesn't hurt to emphasize that you always did your job to the best of your abilities, you did not falsify your time, and you had no idea you were in danger of losing your job at this time. The system will go with the more believable of the two parties.
