    Default So How Many Moving Violations Are There in This Video

    My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Wisconsin. The speed limit here is 25.

    The patrol officer, assuming that was a police officer's dash cam which I doubt, should turn the radio off if doing serious police work.

    Looks like a reckless driving charge and perhaps a speeding charge for the non-officer that made chase exceeding 25 mph and failed to attempt making a citizens arrest?
