Default Are Child Support Documents Legal if They're Not Signed by Either Parent

If child support documents are not signed by either party, are they legal and enforceable?

Default Re: Are Child Support Documents Legal if They're Not Signed by Either Parent

If we're speaking about a child support order that has been issued by a court then, yes, the support order is legal and may be enforced even if the parties did not sign it.

Beyond that, it is difficult to conceive of an unsigned "child support document" that would be binding on the parties.
