Default Time Line for State Violation of Probation Charges

My question involves criminal law for the state of: TN If there are two new charges when on probation, but the first one only was used to violate state probation, if the VOP is dismissed due to original charges being dismissed, what is the time frame involved usually for the State violating on the second charge?

    Default Re: State Vop Dismissals

There is no way to provide a time line. Many factors could come into play. The best way to get an estimate is from your criminal defense attorney, but even then there may be no useful information upon which to estimate when (if ever) additional probation violation proceedings will occur.
