Default Can You Be Accused of Sexual Harassment for Asking Out a Co-Worker

If you're romantically interested in somebody at work, but are concerned that you may be accused of sexual harassment if you ask her out, what can you do to be absolutely certain that you can't be accused of sexual harassment?

The only way to be absolutely certain would be to leave your job and find new employment elsewhere before asking her out.
