If the lease term is now over, the administrator may commence an eviction action. The eviction case would identify the estate of the landlord as the plaintiff, and would identify the adminstrator as the person prosecuting the eviction case.

If the sixty day agreement was properly executed, then the estate can seek double rent for the time the tenant remains in residence following the end of the fixed lease term, and potentially recover other damages.

The administrator should discuss the eviction procedure with the attorney for the estate.
