Default Is a Divorce Judgment Valid if a Party's Signature Isn't Notarized

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Virginia

The Divorce Agreement (2015) incorporated in the Divorce Decree has my signature but the notary block is blank. It was signed by me, but I do not remember attempting to obtain a notarized signature. Likely, I received it by mail and returned it by mail. Her signature was notarized.

What effect does the lack of the notarial attestation have?

None what so ever unless you are attempting to claim that your signature was forged. All that notarization does is certify that its actually you who is signing whatever is being signed.

A divorce that was finalized three years ago? With this being your actual stipulated judgment, signed by you, and entered by the court at that time?

Then the fact that your signature is not notarized is irrelevant. It's a final judgment.
