Default Can You Re-Open a Bankruptcy if You're Sued After Discharge

If you file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and get a discharge in which no assets are disbursed, can you later reopen that bankruptcy to include a lawsuit?

The lawsuit relates to a car accident that occurred three months before the bankruptcy petition was filed, but the lawsuit was not filed until after the bankruptcy was final. The other driver was not named as a creditor in the bankruptcy.
