    Default Can Your Parents Kick You Out if You're Still in High School

    In North Carolina, if you're eighteen years old and still in high school, can your parents legally kick you out? Or are they legally required to continue to support you until you graduate?

    Absent unusual facts, such as the child's being physically or mentally disabled, the parents' obligation to feed, house and clothe the child end when the child reaches the age of 18.
