If and when a restraining order is issued, it will be possible to determine from that order if the problematic tenants will be able to continue to live in the condo building without violating the order.
But no matter what the order provides, their landlord is under no obligation to evict them. Even if they are legally barred from living in the unit, they remain tenants for the duration of their lease and the landlord can continue to charge them rent.
