Default Undisclosed Tax Liens in a Divorce Settlement

When an Ohio couple divorced, they agreed to a property settlement in which the wife received certain real estate as part of her share. Since the divorce became final, the wife found out that the IRS is asserting tax liens against the real estate, due to her ex-husband's tax debts. He did not disclose the debt when they divorced, but it accrued during a lengthy separation.

What are her rights to avoid having to pay the tax liens?
