    Default Can You Join the Military With a Dismissed Family Assault Charge

    Can some one join the military with a dismissed domestic violence charge?

    The arrest and dismissal will likely show up in the deeper backgrounds checks that the military does for many MOS's. If it will be disqualifying and if a waiver is required will depend on the needs of the military at the time as well as the MOS you are applying for.
