If you choose, and can figure out how to do so, you can file a motion with the court indicating that you have moved out and asking that the court thus deem you to have complied with its judgment; but if you choose that route, perhaps the legal aid person can provide you with sample pleadings so that you don't have to try to draft them yourself.

Frankly, I'm not sure what your landlord hopes to accomplish. If the landlord obtains the writ, the landlord can have the Sheriff's Department physically evict you -- but if you're already out, that would be a waste of the landlord's time and money.
