    After the AC was repaired the energy bills are normal.
    there is no normal. An electric bill is simply what it is. The word you should use is lower. That doesn’t make the higher bill abnormal. In fact, if it was consistantly high, the first lower bill would be abnormal. After subsequent months of lower bills, that would become the new normal.
