Replying to all. Thanks. I've been wondering why CPS asked that question all these years. Yes, they were being investigated for that type of thing. It was all bunk; merely a custody battle going all kinds of crazy.
Then now, it applies in my own family. I've had to dismiss how ex-wife's mother conducts herself, as it's family but not how I was raised, but my oldest is now 7 and I feel it's unacceptable. My daughter can act a little strange sometimes, all kids do, and goes all open mouth at her for a kiss, and she's done it to me - the difference is I don't allow it and tell her to act appropriately. I've got a rather disturbing picture taken by someone else I planned to send to my lawyer depending on your answers here where they're kissing and mouths are open. No tongue, but I didn't think it was right at the time of the photo, and especially allowing now at her age.
