It continues to be my problem as building is occupying my private property until it is razed. I cannot use, rebuild, or lease property to another tenant until TCE is complete and property returned to property owner. Evidently City is now owner of structure, tenant is theirs, or they would not have the authority to allow her to stay until 6/22/18 per court approval. The longer tenant is allowed to remain, the larger my loss of income.

There has been no hearings on compensation. Hearing was if city has the right to take.
