Default Entering the Military with Mental Health Records

So I'm trying to join the military and I joined foster care as a volunteer and I went in with charges brought against me of arson but my record was sealed when I turned 18 and I was wondering if I can have foster care destroy or put my record in a vault so I have a better chance of getting in. I'm not worried about the felony but I'm worried about my record and I was also wondering if I can get a second opinion on my mental health
    Please help!!!!

    Your post makes little sense.

One doesn't normally volunteer to go into foster care. Or are you saying you were working in the foster care system,

I don't see any mention of a mental health issue, just your arson charge. Which, by the way, the military is likely to learn about. Depending on what the mental health problem is, you likely won't qualify for the service.

Have you discussed all this with your recruiter?

You need to be honest with your recruiter.

The exact nature of the charge and exact nature of its disposition, as well as the exact nature of your mental health treatment history, will all affect eligibility. Laws differ by state, so you will need to research the laws of the state in which you received the juvenile record and mental health treatment.
