Default Can You Be Held Liable for Restitution After Discharge from Probation, Expungement

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kentucky (Commonwealth).

Several years ago I completed 5 year felony probation. With zero problems and it was non violent and dealt with checks. So the Judge released me from felony probation but I still owed restitution. It didn't come up in court he didn't say anything about it. I was released from probation without any stipulations.

My question is: If I have my felony expunged will that come up or can they hold that against me even though the judge released me from probation? Or is that just his own fault and he has to grant my request. Because it is law in Kentucky that I have the righy to have my felony expunged if its a low ranking non violent charge. Which it is.
