I hope that I can by making these points:

-Point out the above video'd incident where he originally pulled me over making unreasonable accusations (shows a pattern IMO)

    - Point out that the officer initially states that the reason he pulled me over was because he saw me driving Eastbound in a Westbound lane but says several times on video (the video that I have not posted yet) that he wasn't sure whether I was driving the wrong way or just made a U-turn.

I feel that should be enough to show that what did/is doing is invalidated.
I feel you are wrong. The above video showed NOTHING unreasonable in his accusations.

The fact that he wasn't sure does not make the stop unreasonable.

Besides the absurdness in his claim that I came up the ramp the wrong way??

Ok. You have the right to your opinion/perspective. Thank you for sharing. I will mull that over.

There is nothing absurd about it. He could be wrong and it not be absurd.

What I find absurd is that you think the video of the first incident is going to be a help at your trial for the second incident, the one that resulted in your arrest.

It was an absolutely absurd allegation to begin with.
were you driving the wrong way? Iím having a hard time understanding how one could mistakenly believe you were driving the wrong way and Iím not understanding how the u turn plays into the situation.

I believe the law states that an officer must have reasonable suspicion to conduct a traffic stop.
He stated that he didn't know if you were coming off the wrong way or had just made a U-turn. He had reasonable suspicion (backed up by your testimony). He accepted your answer and let you go.
