    Default Re: Discrimination, State Employee

I think perhaps you are way out there in left field concerning approval for unemployment benefits, by which I think you are trying to get technical in that you cite a particular code for termination that you believe to be the issue, and one the employer said, and apparently from this, I am guessing you were terminated and then you have been denied unemployment benefits, is this right? Was this a first (initial) decision or a decision after a hearing? If you could clarify, using simpler language to tell us what has happened, perhaps we could be a bit more helpful. Absenteeism, versus terminated due to ??? a health issue? they were supposed to accommodate your health issue? Did you have a medical statement for your last absence, the one after which you were terminated?

Subsection d of 52-06-02, which is a general denial of benefits, deals with illness and health conditions, if you want to get real technical. My question is still, did you have a doctor's statement for your last absence?
