I was never given the correct shifts that were in my contract. I 100% acknowledge that I was late. The time that I was given was never the correct time to begin with. Can legal action be taken? So let me help you out: you were fired because of your chronic absenteeism. It was NOT illegal discrimination. And if your attitude here is any indication, you were most likely a pompous PITA to work with.
