My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Utah
I am a concerned citizen of Utah and recently went to a annual NON Profit meeting regarding the Woodruff Irrigating Company. I went to research there project online and found a old Topic on this. At the time of those comments a lot of people were for the project but have recently turned. And have a meeting to vote on turning backing out of the project. Much of what was said in this old post is true! At this annual meeting we had a one page paper showing the debt the company has occurred over the past three years. Totallying 750,000 dollars in engineering costs alone. When asked for a detailed sheet at the meeting we received a paper showing the engineering debt in a excel spread sheet. Also when confronted on the topic of right of ways with the state they said we have them and ready to start the project. But a fellow concerned citizen had called the state and have never heard of the pipeline. Following the meeting another email to water safety board was miss informed about how much water would be placed in certain ditches they said safety plan would not be needed due to the quantity of water is below 5CFS and curently half the ditches in the system hold above 5CFS some totalling 30CFS. Pipline being 65
How can we get a copy of the expense reports for the last 3 years as a shareholder. They also mentioned in 2016 there are a 4-5 months missing? How can we make them show us this as shareholders?
