The union was only present during the meeting where I was put in this performance program.
At the meeting where I received the performance evaluation that states needs improvement in job knowledge I told the supervisor directly that she is discriminating against me based on my gender. I also told her that she is building a bogus paper trail to get rid of me.

Conviently as suspected she did not report this to her superiors and I have not been contacted by anyone in the agency to conduct an investigation ?

Should I email her directly and ask who she reported this as required and who is handling the investigation? I figure she documents all my alleged errors but leaves her out of her report anything that paints how shady she is.

Ideas?
Did you ASK your union rep to be with you at subsequent meetings? And why in the world did you confront your supervisor like that? If there was a shred of hope that you could turn this around, you most certainly torpedoed that.

as far as ideas? Follow comment/ator's advice. She knows more about this stuff than most professionals have forgotten.
