Default Is a Resident Alien Card Still Valid After a Long Absence from the U.S.

Hi and thanks for the help.
I have a Resident Alien card, which I got in 1990.
The type is 'FORM I-551 JAN 77'.
    No expiration date.

I must say that I didn't visit the USA since 1992.
Any chance it is still valid in some way?

    Thanks!

NO. You have long ago abandoned your permanent residency. You must start from the beginning if you qualify via employment or family sponsorship.
